  • half a cabbage
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pack of soybean sprouts
  • finely chopped chicken breast
  • 250 grams of cooked soba noodles (you can use spaghetti)
  • precooked fish
  • okonomiyaki sauce
  • soy sauce
  • dashi powder


Step 1

Finely cut vegetables, fish cut into slices.

Step 2

In hot oil fry the chicken breast, fish, add the vegetables and fry about 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

At the end add the cooked soba (or spaghetti). Season with okonomiyaki sauce or soy sauce and dashi powder. Food should not add salt because it is salty enough.

Step 4

The dish served with ketchup or mayonnaise.
